Our Trudi concept is a exceptive environment, which - through learning by doing experiences- provides knowledge on raw material supply by connecting warehouse planning, production supplying and manufacturing processes.
The modell highlights the importance of work-in-process inventories and illustrates several often occuring warehousing and manufacturing phenomena. In our innovative process development projects - after the observation and the analisys of a particular system - we use the Trudi modell to construct personalized simulations for our industrial partners.
